It’s always refreshing to play in a “non-traditional” venue. Jolynn and Jason found us through Brett’s cousin and had their party at the Elks Lodge in Grand Blanc, MI. The event cooler part? The bride just happens to be a former officer of the Elks Lodge 222. What an honor!

Jolynn and Jason chose royal blue and silver as their colors and the room was absolutely gorgeous! They’re big family people, so everything about the night revolved around the unity between the two families.

We got the party started by introducing the bridal party to Muse’s “Supermassive Black Hole.” After dinner, the bride and groom danced to Red Jumpsuit Apparatus’s song “Your Guardian Angel.”

Jolynn and her dad danced to “You Raise Me Up” by Josh Groban while the groom and his mother followed with the classic “Let It Be” by The Beatles. The bridal party joined in the fun with Christina Perri’s “A Thousand Years.”

What a fun group of people! It was a good blend of 80s, classic rock, and top 40 all night long.

Thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Hodges for letting us share in their big night!
