It’s not every day you get to play a wedding down the street.

Literally.

This wedding was literally 2 miles down the street from where Brett lives. It was the easiest travel we’ve ever had!

Kathryn & Jacques had their party at the beautiful Western Golf and Country Club in Redford, MI. It’s a truly beautiful golf course tucked away in to a neighborhood. Have you ever driven by something every day and not known it was there? Yep. That was this venue, for sure.

The Dupuis’ kept it classic…and classy…for this one.

Introductions were made to the classic “Do You Believe in Magic” by The Lovin’ Spoonful.

Toasts were made, the meal was blessed, and dinner was served.

Once that was out of the way, the bride and groom made their way to the dance floor for their first dance. They chose Ben Folds’ hit “The Luckiest.” After that, the bride and her father danced to “Your Song” by Elton John.” Then, Jacques and his mom danced to “What a Wonderful World” by Louis Armstrong.

Mid-way through, the bride gave her bouquet away to a lucky girl to Fun.’s song “All the Pretty Girls.”

This crowd was hoppin’ all night. It was a nice change of pace from the top 40 that we’re used to as we were able to play a lot of different music from many different eras.

Congrats again to you, Kathryn and Jacques!
