This was a very special event for Motor City HDJ. It’s a rarity when both Tom and Brett are in the same place at the same time for the same event. And that’s what this wedding was.

Tom’s cousin Michael got married which meant one thing: MOTOR CITY HDJ. Naturally, he and his beautiful bride had us along for their special night and it was awesome.

This event took place at the gorgeous Flat Rock Community Center in their Stone Creek banquet hall.

The newlyweds are huge Detroit Lions fans, so they had their guests wave around custom made rally towels during the introductions. “Pump Up the Jam” was the introduction song and it was almost as hyped up as a Lions intro.

After dinner, the bride and groom shared their first dance to “Golden” by Lady Antebellum. After that, Stacy and her dad shared a dance to “I Loved Her First” by Heartland. Michael and his mom danced to “Wind Beneath My Wings” by Bette Midler.

With a little bit of open dancing out of the way, all the single ladies in the room got out to the floor and attempted to catch the bouquet while “It’s Raining Men” by The Weather Girls pumped throughout the room. It was the fellas turn to catch the garter and they did it to Queen’s “Another One Bites the Dust.”

It was such a great night and even better that we were both there to share in this amazing occasion. We even took a moment to sneak a picture in the photo booth.

Thank you, Stacy & Michael, for letting us be a part of your very special day.
